After patch 1.23 Closer issues

I was up 6 to 3 at citifield in the 10th inning and brought street in to close and he gave up a homerun his first pitch than ended up getting the 3 outs but never got credited for a save Is anyone else having this problem?

Actually I played two games right after the patch in my Yanks chise and Rivera closed out both of them.

After checking stats after the second game I realized he didn't get credit for the save in the first game. First time I've had that happen this year, don't know if it's patch related or not but it happened.

I've played exactly one game since the patch, and it was a save situation and I'm pretty sure I got credited with the save... I'll go back and double check the box score right now though

Ahh it's way to early to worry about, especially since it hasn't been an every game thing.

Just something to keep an eye on.

I did in fact get the save. It was a one run game, 4-3 in the 10th. if anyone else gets this issue make sure you post your scores and stuff...

Should also add that the game I didn't get the save Mo got the last two outs, the one he did get it he got 3.

Well it's possible he wasn't supposed to get the save then. What was the score, and how many runners were on base when Mo entered the game?

In my Twins Franchise with the 1.18 patch, I've had two games leading by 3 runs twice in extra innings and got the win, but neither pitcher (Swarzak and Fien) were credited with the save.

Sounds like it doesn't really matter. All you have to do is pitch at least 1/3 of an inning, finishing the game with a lead of no more than three and not be the winning pitcher.

2. He is not the winning pitcher;
3. He is credited with at least ⅓ of an inning pitched; and
4. He satisfies one of the following conditions:

   2. He enters the game, regardless of the count, with the potential tying run either on base, at bat or on deck
   3. He pitches for at least three innings

Just finished a game in my 'Stros Franchise and Veras just got credited for his 4th save of the year. No issues on this end...least not after one game.

None on, 2-run lead should have gotten the save. Like I said though not that big of deal at the moment as it's the only time it's happened and I'm definitely not ready to blame it on the patch.

I brought Kimbrel in in a save situation. He gave up a three-run homer and got the L and not the S.

(Yeah, I know this isn't an issue; I just want to vent that I blew a game)
