That part at about 1:06 where you talk about Steam is right on the money.

If Sony and Microsoft would just follow the model on Steam for PC users, they would be able to accomplish all they want to in a user-friendly way. No used games on Steam either but great deals, and everything from Triple A games to Indie games. That's what people want: Choice. Not forced to do things one way only.
