suns: would be a good choice for sure they need pretty much any thing. build around goran dragic. you can trade marcin gortat and maybe louis scola to get some younger bigs.
atlanta hawks: are doing there own kind of rebuilding now in real life so you could get rid of josh smith build around jeff teague or al horford
charlotte bobcats: alot of people like doing them because they suck in real life. you can build around kemba walker and mkg.
orlando magic: this could be the toughest out of them all because well they suck at ever position and you can start where ever you want.

Miami Heat and trade the big 3 for a group of role players to slightly above average players. I did this last night and my starting lineup was

- Harrison Barnes
- David Lee
- Tyson Chandler
- 6th man Ray Allen
- 7th Man Tayshaun Prince

Suns, Magic, & Bobcats are all very good rebuilding choices some other teams to consider are the Kings, Pistons, Cavs, & Wizards these 4 teams have very young cores w/very big futures if built correctlyComment

Intriguing Associations
Lakers:
Begin rebuilding a new dynasty via gutting the team (i.e. Trade Dwight, Kobe, Gasol, Nash). Maybe try to acquire an unprotected 2014 first in hopes of winning Wiggins or Parker.
Celtics:
Another former contender who's hit their expiration date; move Pierce and Garnett for younger pieces, and decide if you want to build around Rondo. Jeff Green and Avery Bradley are nice pieces as well.
Cavaliers:
If Kyrie keeps keeps improving, the Cavs could be contending sooner than most think. Add one or two more solid pieces beside him and Waiters and they could make some noise in the East.
Pistons:
The front-court duo of Monroe and Drummond is a firm foundation to build around. Knight has been inconsistent in his first two seasons, but he can knock down threes and is still only 21 years old.
