This has probably been asked before but is there a way to create a minor league prospect with the Top 50 prospect logo next to his name? Trying to create Oscar Tavares

There is no way to add the top 50 logo next to his name. If you go to the roster vault and download the OSFM rosters by Knight then it already has all the minor league players in it. -

As far as I know, all the prospects are regularly analyzed, and the icon is given to the 50 prospects that are actually the best. There's no pre-designations or "locks" on it. Basically, Top 50 status is dished out in real time (sort of).
But the only way to get it is after starting a franchise, RTTS, etc...
Let's say the current list of top 50 prospects in The Show has Bob Davis at #50... If you create Oscar Taveras and give him better ratings than Bob Davis... at some point when you start your franchise mode, he will bumped up to #50 on the rankings (and thus get the icon), and Bob Davis will no longer have the icon, because he is now only the 51st best prospect in baseball.
Someone should probably confirm but I think that's how it works.Comment
