    Backstory
Alastar Love grew up in Sloan, New York with 9 brothers and sisters, the 2nd youngest out of them all. He grew up being bullied and pushed by his big brothers and credits this "torture" as the driving force that has made him the man today.

He first became interested in coaching during high school. He tried out for the football team at DL but did not have the conditioning to compete. He ended up having heart problems from overworking and had to be hospitalized. He decided to give up on athletics and the high school coaches, feeling sorry and yet inspired, asked him to be sort of an "assistant coach" to the team.

He never looked back. He became good friends with all the players and got connected with a job in the future as the head coach of his old team. He has worked out hard to get back into relatively good shape and is now down to about 260-270 with less fat than he used to have and more muscle.

He is rough-nosed, intelligent, and eager to move up to the big league known as the National Football League. Will he get this chance?

Buffalo Bills and head coach Dick Jauron agree to part ways, may already have a prospect
"I just wasn't feeling the desire to coach any longer. I'd rather settle down..."

The Buffalo Bills have made it official: Dick Jauron is no longer head coach. Both parties agreed to part ways, citing that Jauron lost his desire to coach and that Buffalo wanted to look in a different direction. Jauron did not speak ill of his now ex-team, commenting that "It had nothing...I repeat, nothing to do with the organization. It was all me. I just wasn't feeling the desire to coach any longer. I'd rather settle down and spend time with my family now. Bob understood this and agreed to let me off my contract."

Bob Baines, owner of the Buffalo Bills, may already have his replacement.

"I ran into an aspiring coach walking around Sloan, New York the other day. And boy, he was an interesting prospect. We went out to dinner and he told me about his childhood, how he became a coach, and his current job and how he wants to move up to the NFL. He might just get that chance."

The Bills have been mediocre-to-underwhelming for nearly a decade and have yet to find that one head coach that can take them to the next level. Baines did not go into detail about his prospect but he seemed enthusiastic about the possibility of hiring him.

Buffalo Bills hire new head coach

The Buffalo Bills have officially hired New York native Alastar Love.

Bills' owner Bob Baines comments on the hire: "We are very excited to have Alastar here as part of the organization and I feel he has all the tools to lead us to success. He's got an ally feel to him, like someone who is going to stick with you as long as you stick with him. And that's what I like most about Alastar. I can already tell he is dependable, loyal, and ambitious.

Alastar Love was interviewed and asked about changes he plans to make to the team. He only had to say that the team would be moving to a 3-2-6 based defense and running a new offense, one he chose not to elaborate on just yet.

No one knows what Alastar Love's skillset is like but many think he will need to develop a whole new skillset anyways for the NFL level.

Cool - excited to see someone else use the 3-2-6 and see how they do with it. (going to keep it pretty true to the 3-2-6 or add a lot of plays?) Good luck!
