With FIFA 14 coming out in a few months, will the current FIFA 13 squads be updated after this transfer period, or are they saving all the transfer movements for next game? I've been checking if there's updates daily since there's already been changes to my favorite team, but so far no luck. Anybody know from past FIFAs?

They usually save transfer updates for the next FIFA.
For that reason, I always update the rosters myself on a separate file, which I could probably put on here once it's done. -

I have the current squad updates which I downloaded last Friday night. They have a couple of additions. Fernandinho is on Man City and Derek Boateng is on Fulham. Most of the loaned out players playing outside of England are still at the loaned clubs. Example: Bendtner is still at Juve, Essien at Real, etc. So they are updating rosters a little bit. Even check the Free Agent list. They have Razvan Rat who has signed with West Ham.Comment

Yeah there was an update about a week ago, but I don't like it lol
My favorite team just traded a LW for another team's RB, well the LW is on the team it was traded to, but the RB is gone from the game. Nowhere to be found. I searched for his last name and he's gone. It surprises me he's gone because he's actually a decent rated player for his age and an Olympic gold medalist. I was thinking about just going back to default squads and doing a career that way, but then I'd lose all the youth players with potential that were debuted mid season. Fifa problems!
If only we could go back to 2 squad updates ago. If we could choose which squad update we wanted, some had it perfect or at least with all the players there and I could just switch them around.Comment

Yeah I've decided I'm just gonna do a career mode with the default squads, but do the big name moves myself. If anything it should be better than my current career, for some reason the player potential on most players went down after the winter update. I have a player that before the winter update I had him move up to 77, but after the winter update I started a new career and I can't move him past 69. Lame.Comment

Will they update FIFA 13 squads once the MLS transfer window is done?
I usually play as an EPL team so I understand why they would push all the big transfers to the next version (huge selling point).
But I just started watching MLS this year and since their season is pretty much later in the FIFA 13 lifecycle so to speak, there will be transfers that won't be accounted for for over two months.
Since I didn't care I never paid attention. So, have they updated MLS rosters in Jul/Aug in the past?Currently playing Axis Football (2020) as the Nebraska ThunderComment

I've only started playing again recently and their seems to have been an update removing players who had been released by the clubs (at Leeds anyway) I wouldn't expect too much more though.Nashville Predators GM

Yeah they only additions in the premier League I've seen has been at man City & Fulham. I notice ALOT of released players are gone completely from the game.Comment

I had the recent updated roster up until yesterday and I'm not sure what I did but now I have default rosters. Every time I go to download updated rosters I get a rosters not available msg. Still trying to figure out what happened.

Looks like they reset all of the European rosters to January. Leagues that are in progress (MLS for sure, not sure about others) are still being updated.Tradition Soccer - FIFA League & Community

I have a manually created custom roster with all summer transfers in EPL, championship, Serie A, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, La Liga, Eredivisie, and big 3 in Portugal. If someone can walk me through how to correctly export, I can upload it. I tried earlier tonight to send it to a buddy but it said the file was associated with another user when he copied it in. I went through way too much trouble to just keep it to myself. Thanks!Comment

Hi, I immediately registered an account to respond to this comment. I've been looking everywhere if someone had manually updated the summer transfers and I would certainly be grateful if you uploaded it to the forum!
Regarding your problem that the file was associated with another user, the program Horizon fixes that. All you need to do is copy and paste your own id and all the other info into the downloaded roster file - hopefully that would fix the issue.Comment
