    Decline for Lower Potential Players

In the first round of the draft I selected an 18 year old Catcher with an overall rating of 71 and a potential rating of D. Obviously I'm not expecting a massive amount of growth in attributes, but because of the poor potential rating should I expect a decline in attributes in his early 20's?

Also do players with potential ratings of B or better experience significant attribute declines in their 20's? Thanks.

Totally forgot to ask this but in season mode, during the offseason, am I able to see how much each player took a hit in attributes (as opposed to just my roster). If worse comes to worse, when it comes to older player severe declines, I may manually increase each player attribute a bit to compensate. So I'd love to know which players decline around the league and by how much.

I think Albert Pujols, who's a 99 overall in this game declines to a 67 overall by age 37.

I recently started a franchise with the Angels and they have a ton of C's and D's. What I've noticed is that a few of the mid 20's guys have lost points in a couple of skills. But there is also C and D guys who haven't lost a step as well.

Hope this helps answer your question...
