Best 40-Time / Speed Conversion Chart

I have seen several charts by using the search feature and was wondering which one is the best. Sadly, there is one in particular that I've been looking for but can't find because the TapTalk search feature doth sucketh.

Help?

I'd subtract one point from that chart, so 5.00 = 60. That seems more accurate to me.

That is the scale EA has used in the past to rate incoming recruits...

if you saw those times scouting a recruit, it would equal that speed rating.

I created a recruit and 40 SPD came out as 5.22 and the slowest is 0 SPD at 6.02

Isn't acceleration factored in as well? A high acc should boost your 40 time to a higher level than your speed alone.

In theory, of course. We all know it's very hit-or-miss in actual gameplay.

Nope! I tried a recruit with 99 and 40 ACC with 40 SPD and both were a 5.22 40.
