What are your realistic expectations for your favorite college football team? I follow the Gophers and I know that they are not even close to being in any BCS game. My expectations for the Gophers is a 6-6 (2-6) season and a Little Caesars Pizza Bowl bid.

We (Louisville) dont really see a team that should challenge us this year. Our schedule is not strong enough to take place in the national championship game. We would have to see alot of things happen to even have the slightest hope.Comment

6 wins and a bowl game. Last year was a rough 4-8 season but we lost a lot of close ones. I think we've upgraded the coaching staff and all of our young guys last year are now a year older this year. Anything less than a bowl game would be a disappointment. However, a bowl game might be tough to achieve this year with our tough schedule this year. Half of our opponents appeared in Phil Steele's Top 40.NCAA: Virginia Cavaliers

Worst case scenario for Syracuse IMO is 6-6 with a crappy bowl, I can see Syracuse getting 8 or 9 wins this season.
