That's the details of it. Not sure where to put it in on the site.
It's not on the wrong platform because Madden,NHL,FIFA and Tiger all worked just fine.

I assume it's the Canada thing then? What's the exact problem there?

Hey guys. Can you hit up support.ea.com with the details of your issue? They will be happy to work it out with you.

It seems to me in reading your comments that you might have set up your Season Ticket purchase with the wrong platform account, so mention that when you talk to them.

My account set up is fine. The message I posted is from the EA support site as it is a known issue that is only affecting players in Canada.

Is this on PS3 or Xbox? I'm on PS3, in Canada, and can't even access the demo on the PS store, much less have access to the season pass.

I'm on PS3 in Canada as well, on the west coast, and I'm having the same problem. You can't even find the demo or anything associated with the game. Pretty frustrating. :/

Hopefully your not in Canada like me, because after the download it keeps saying "Early release expired". Had the game for 2 hours now and still can't play it. So frustrating.

It won't matter if you can download the Early Release as it's region based once you connect to the servers. They're trying to solve this right now, so let's just hope they can figure this out quickly!

These things take time, especially when you have to factor in working with first-party (aka Microsoft/Sony). The response times from them are laughable at best
