I see it as two discussion for coaching skills

-Put all your points in recruiting tree nothing in the gameplan tree seems to worth more than recruiting stuff,If you play most of your games then can make most adjustments need in game with smart moves

- if you are bad team/bad school and person who plays alot of the games maybe it is worth more dump all your points into the game management stuff and boost your bad team into average team because in the first couple of years you won't be recruiting juggernaut regardless of how hard you try and with recruiting you can just concentrate on small group dump 500 points into every one a week

Other than if you are really bad team i can't really see the use for the game management stuff over the recruiting stuff early
