Wing T Formation(s) in NCAA 14?Does anyone know/heard if EA is adding Wing T formations in NCAA 14? I thought I heard this rumor but can not find anything on it. Just to clarify I am not talking about Flexbone, Wingbone, or Wishbone.

 Re: Wing T Formation(s) in NCAA 14?

I don't have the game so I can't answer your question (though if I had to hazard a guess I would say no). However, I was able to create a faux-Wing T formation in '13 using the wishbone and motioning the FB to the side.Comment

 Re: Wing T Formation(s) in NCAA 14?

dont quote me on this, but i believe Army has the Wing T in their paybook in 13. Check it out if you have the game! I sold mine a little while ago!

Here, I looked this up, its called the "Wingbone" in the NCAA football series, there appears to be 5 variations, and like I said, I believe they are in Armys playbook.

The exact formation you diagrammed is named "Wingbone: Split Wing X" in game!Comment

 Re: Wing T Formation(s) in NCAA 14?

Thank you for your responses. I have NCAA 13 and have played Army's Wingbone. I am sure that it is EA's programming but a true wing t has the wing backs slanted inward facing the QB. EA's Wingbone the wingbacks are facing forward. EA's version of the Wing T is basically a extended version of the Flexbone. Hopefully they have improved upon this for NCAA 14. Again thank you for you responses.Last edited by Ground; 07-05-2013, 03:51 PM.NFL: Pittsburgh Steelers

 Re: Wing T Formation(s) in NCAA 14?

I saw a user video today of all the formations in the game. I can say that I am very disappointed that EA could not implement veer and shovel options into the flexbone, wingbone, wishbone sets. Seems like they only concentrated on Shotgun. The only plus that I saw was that Pistol has two Flexbone formations in it!!! NFL: Pittsburgh Steelers NFL: Pittsburgh Steelers
