Infinity 2.0 Physic too tone down

Is it just me or does the physic engine seem really tone down giving it more of a canned animation effect where the outcome of each collision and tackle is more predictable unlike madden last year. Rather have whats in the video.

I feel like its about the same as after they patched Madden last year. On release all the players limbs were like rubber bands, but after the patch I think it resembles what NCAA is showing this year.

Madden 13 was unplayable to me. I've only had limited time with NCAA 14, but I already like NCAA better and had more fun in one game than I did at anytime during the one month I was trying to play Madden

I find the IE pretty boring on this one. Still seeing the same tackles a ton.

call me crazy, but im not feeling the infinity engine in either game. don't get me wrong when it works as intended its great. but I tend to get wonky animations more so than the ones in the vids. the more realistic animations tends to be the mo-capped ones. this isn't a knock on EA I like where they are aiming but it makes the transition animations twitchy and odd, less life like. but NCAA is less wonky than last years madden at release so I guess it is toned down. I hope next gen is able to use te infinity engine more while eliminating the non life-like moments.

I have a different version of the game I guess. I see a ton of new tackle animations. The shoestring tackles are my favorite. Also get quite a bit stumbling and fighting to stay on their feet.

As this is my first experience with an Infinity Engine, I'll have to say I'm generally very pleased with the new dynamics that it introduces. Most of the interactions and dynamics I see are well done in my opinion, but then there's a few that look goofy, like where a player is knocked down after a less than significant degree of contact.

I'm seeing new tackle animations but a lot of the tackling is still not physics based.

I don't know im seeing the engine effect the offensive lineman the most, but when it comes to the tackling most of the new animations seem to be shoe string tackle related.

I really like the Infinity 2.0. The line play is much better, in my opinion, and the tackles are what EA advertised (Physics Based). I am really impressed with the line play, if you have a dominant offensive line, it shows! Can't wait for rosters to start off line dynasty!

Infinity engine 2.0 is toned way down! you'll notice the difference when a second and third defender comes to help out on a tackle. Pull up a video of Madden 13, and then play NCAA 14. This new version of infinity engine does not allow gang tackling like Madden 13. I'm seeing players bouncing off and just falling when they should be helping out on the tackles.

That's kind of what I was referring to. I've notice some old ea bounce of the gang tackle fall animations.
