I don't remember who exactly, but I know it seemed the majority had the double outline when it really only needed a single outline.
I know I was guilty of this too until last year while attempting to make Ashland for the D-II project, when zoomed in on a replay, I noticed it had the appearance of a purple stitched outline on the white numbers. Why EA makes it look one way online and then a different way in-game is beyond me.
Also, I know someone did Youngstown State last year. If they don't return to make them again this year, I'll give a go at them.
