NCAA Football Has All of Its Fight Songs Back—Except One

Interesting article exclaiming why some popular schools had their fight songs left out last year and why Bayor's is still missing.

Funny anecdote about Texas A&M trying to buy the rights for "Texas Fight" as well as Texas' playbook.

A&M though that The Freedom of Information Act was designed so that colleges could demand the playbooks of other colleges? LOL

When we Aggies weren't screwing in light bulbs or crossing the road, we were always finding new ways to beat the ever living, ever loving, compound, complex hell out of tu.

And now the tide has turned.

But, as it pertains to the article, interesting read.

I'm curious as to what you think the all-time series record is.

Well, in the last thirty years, it looks like A&M leads 15-13. Just saying.

Well this story is false because another university fight song is not in NCAA14.

Auburn has never had their fight song in any NCAA game. "War Eagle" is never played when AU scores in the game instead it plays Glory Glory to Ole Auburn a song similar to what UGA plays. They play that when a PAT is kicked in real life but War Eagle plays by the band when they score in real life.

Some sort of licensing issue because AU does not own it somehow

For the two schools Texas A&M "barks against" (that being Texas and Arkansas)

                    They are a combined 63-116-8.

I have never had one iota respect for A&M. Respect the heck out of the flagship of Texas though.

Talking about an all-time record is like the Lions bragging about their championships won in the 40's. Sure UT piled up wins when A&M had an enrollment of 7 and / or thousands of Ags were off fighting in wars.

But it was just all a joke in good fun. Interwebz be seer round here. Lol @ "fake army" too. Ha

Since they are buying rights to other songs, why have they never bought the rights to south Carolina's?

Why did you have to bring the lions into this? Haven't we suffered enough. Lol.

Sadly, I will still be a lions fan until the day I die.

As for fight songs, I think it adds sone pagentry but after a few weeks of play I hardly notice the music. Cant wait for tomorrow.

The article is about getting the fight songs that were already in past games back. If AU has never had its fight song in any of the NCAA games then the article is still correct.

                              True, I misread that.
