1 Star Team Ratings, Stadium Size and Info

This is for people who enjoy building up 1 star teams or run 1 star dynasties so that you have most of the info that you need to decide on your teams.

    The setup is as follows:
Team Name- Overall- Offense- Defense- (M)= Team has Mascot (S)= Helmet/Pride Stickers- Stadium Max Capacity (I did not find UAB's listed anywhere)

If anyone would like more info or would like to correct me on anything just let me know, but I thought it may be helpful to have all of this in one place.

Thanks! Once rosters come out I'm starting a dynasty with either Georgia State or Old Dominion.

This is great info. I usually start a dynasty playing with the Badgers, win a few NCs and move onto a 1-2 star team and start building. Thanks for the work here!

I started one with ODU. For a low level team, the offensive skill players are pretty good. Good QB, RB, good receiving TE and a couple of good WRs. The Dline also seems to pressure opposing QBs reasonably well. The rest of the defense is pretty bad, and the OLine is horrendous. If you play the games against the CPU, run the RB and short crossing routes to the receivers and TE in the passing game. Trying to throw deep will get the QB beaten to a pulp.

They have kind of a cool stadium and actually have a long football history at lower levels. The out of the box schedule is weak enough to have success in year one, but recruiting is killed because there are no late home games. I'm assuming this is because of a lack of conference.

Being an avid FCS fan, I have followed ODU for quite a while. They have an outstanding team on the FCS level. Their QB, Taylor Heinicke, threw for over 5,000 yards 44 TD's and had a 68% completion rating. They had an early exit in the playoffs this year when they lost a shootout to another FCS powerhouse (Georgia Southern) that is moving up to FBS. They are a really fun team to watch play and I thing they will hold their own with mid-major programs on the FBS level this year and into the future. I hope that they do have success, as my school, Appalachian State, is in transition to FBS and will be moving up in 2014.

                NMSU's mascot is Pistol Pete.
