                              I don't know in the game, but here is a list of teams that really use them. Best bet is to go through each of these teams as well as some that have used them in the recent past in play now and see who actually does and doesn't.
                              NHL: Vegas Golden Knights
                              NCAAF: Ohio State
                              NFL: Minnesota Vikings
                              MLB: Chicago Cubs

                                          I just looked and there are no new ones added this year in fact they took out a lot of the old ones.so here is a list of teams that still have them.

                                                  looks to me that any of the teams that got new helmets that had them last year EA just didn't care to put them in.

                                                      You can take clemson off the list. They don't have them anymore, I played a short dynasty with them and the stickers are gone.

                                                          Northwestern has them but you must use the default helmets. That's my experiance anyway and also they can be hard to see
