You can use the generic mulitple play book. It already has a bunch of TE heavy passing and a good mix of run plays.

This is the one I used as my base for custom playbook. I also removed a few 4wr sets in favor of adding a few 3wr sets. I have a very good TE and use him a lot in my passing game also.
