Moving pretty quickly thought a dynasty to get the feel for any new tweaks before I really get into it.
Ohio U - OC - 2 yrs

Okie State - HC - 1 yr
Fresh off a solid first season at Okie St (11-2) I expected to lose at least one of my coaches to a HC position. My DC took the UNC HC position. My OC's contract expired and was not renewed? He took a the same job at A&M

We signed both of our replacements so late in the process. All of the coaches being signed around similar time in the process as mine had been fired from their previous position. Fired as the OC at ECU; stuff like that.
Did I do something wrong? Forget to do something? Any help is appreciated.
