Not getting XP for your coach in Dynasty

I created my coach in my dynasty and I have not gotten and I'm in week 7 I'm ranked #10 so I'm not doing anything wrong.

Yea brohan I'm having the same issues in my online dynasty as well this s*** is wack!!! Week 10 and NO XP POINTS!!! Someone please help!

I started off as a brand new coach, level 1. What levels were your coaches when you started? Did you use an existing one or start with a new one? Do you see XP accumulate during the game?

Are you playing the play a Season mode instead of true dynasty?

I just finished my first regular season with Navy and I am at level 10, with the bowl game to go

How many members are in your online dynasty? Is it just you? If not, then are there others seeing this? You have not earned any XP points or levels at all?

There has been one issue, with an online dynasty and the commissioner was the only one gaining XP. They created another online dynasty and it behaved as normal. Possible server glitches, while creating an online dynasty might cause the issue.

Any information you can provide is helpful.

I have hit max level as an OC but do I not continue to earn XP and unlocks to use when I become a HC?

It is happening in our league as well. Multiple times now. Used created coaches from level 1. I think 3 times in 11 weeks it has done it to me. Another guy didn't get his for the first 2 of the 3 weeks.

It's an online dynasty 10guys create a coach we all start at default level 1 and 3 guys haven't leveled up at all for their coach and we are in week 10 now! If anyone knows a solution please let myself know or anyone else having the same problem! Thanks

If you have this problem, state if you are using created rosters, default, or CPU generated.

Buddy thinks it may be from us using created rosters.

We're using created rosters that I downloaded....Daaamn if that's the case smh wow

Same issue for me in online dynasty. 12 members and I am only one with the issue.

For everyone, who created their dynasty and not getting XP, when did you make your dynasty (date)?

Also, do you know the name of the roster that you used, if it was downloaded?

I have a similar issue. My OC left and screen shows I still have 8 points to spend but not able to spend them. VERY dissapointing!
