How to purchase commish upgrades?

I can't find where to purchase commissioner upgrades? Last year you could hit L1 at Dynasty load screen. Not there this year.

OK, I looked on the PSStore and you cannot buy the commish upgrade there for 2014. It is available for 2012 and 2013. Does anybody know where I can buy the upgrade for 2014?

If it's not in the PS Store, than you can't buy it anywhere.

Well that sucks. So you can only have 1 online dynasty this year? Has anybody heard they are cancelling this feature?

I will keep bumping this until I get an answer. Surely somebody out there knows the answer to this question. Does nobody else run multiple online dynasties?

when you enter your online dynasty you can click on "Advance Anywhere" and it will bring up a few options for buying the DLC. I'm on XBOX, not PS3. My question was where I can find a list of all the available DLC. Last year you could buy packages and you could buy some stuff a la carte.

I've seen in it the game but not on the psn itself. I would like to seen all the options before buying it too.

I'm on the PS3. Once you start an online Dynasty go to Commish Tools. There is an option for Multiple Dynasties. If you select that it will ask you if you want to purchase the upgrade to run 3, 5 or the commish bundle.

Maybe for you but it's not there on my screen just user terms. Dynasty settings retire or transfer commissioner and its nowhere in the game on my 360
