Lack of fumbles

I'm 8 games into my dynasty on default AA settings and i have yet to see one fumble. Anyone else notice this? I know I can tweak the AI and fix it but it seems this year the default setting is stuck at 0. In past titles the default setting wouldn't result in enough but still have some like 1 a game or every other game at least. I usually tweak the settings after my first year so I have 12-13 games worth of stats to go off of.

Ten games in and I haven't seen one either. They need to patch in a fumble slider.

6 games in, I've forced two, one on a punt, and I don't think I've fumbled yet. I tried switching the strip ball option to aggressive, but that just results in more broken tackles and no fumbles

saw one in my first game. returned it for a TD. they were at my 5 going in for a score.

but will keep alert to this to see if anymore occur.

I've had about 7 in 9 games in my online dynasty with default sliders.

I can honestly say that I have had about 1 fumble per game. I've even had 3 fumbles in a game. I do not want to see EA do anything to sliders. I'm on PS3 by the way.

Agreed. There's one thing that's worse than not enough fumbles, and that's too many fumbles, and not being able to fix that.

If you're experiencing not enough fumbles to your liking, have you tried lowering the Carry rating on your HB's? I lowered the CAR rating on one of my lesser-used backs and he fumbled right away.

Ive forced two but recovered neither. Ive yet to fumble myself.

Caused my first fumble in 12 games. It was on the qb, so I have yet to see a hb fumble in this game.

I've seen an appropriate amount. It would be nice if they included a slider for that though.

I was just about to start my own thread on the lack of fumbles, so glad I saw this first. I am 10 games in and haven't had any fumbles from RB's, WR's, or on kick/punt returns. Only 3 fumbles but all were on QB sacks while he was going down.

What is the solution to this? I read elsewhere that someone theorized that reducing the face masking slider would lead to tacklers being more aggressive on tackles and forcing more strips? Can anyone confirm on deny this? One thing for sure, we can't increase the tackling slider, because tackling is too high as is. No broken tackles would ever result...

4-5 years ago, RB fumbles actually was a slider, if I remember correctly. Would like to see EA bring that back.

Yeah I've been seeing fumbles an appropriate amount of times from a variety of players: WR, QB, RB, and TE.

I find it interesting how divided the community seems to be on this topic, with about half saying not enough fumbles (and I do believe you guys who report that you've not had hardly any), and the other half saying we've seen an appropriate amount.

i have played 24 online games so far. i've seen 0 fumbles.
