I would appreciate help from any experts. This is the fist year I have used Online Dynasty. There is a 4 star QB interested in my team. I cannot add him to my recruiting board because he has a dealbreaker. But my program has an A+ in his dealbreaker category. I don't think I can add any dealbreaker players to my recruiting board online even when I meet their criteria? What am I doing wrong?

I bring up the prospect screen, and it gives me an "Add" button for everyone but the players with Dealbreakers. But when I click on some of those players (who are marked with a circle slash instead of "add) I can see that I meet their dealbreaker.

Help, please.
