        Re: Nuka's C.A.P Risin' Up

Press Conference with Colin Gronk regarding Paul Thursday trade

        1. How do you feel about Thursday coming and playing with you on the Celtics?

        2. Now that Thursday's here and Brandon Avery is gone, you'll play more SG. Do you prefer this position over SF?

        3. There was talks of you getting traded to Dallas for Thursday. Are you glad you stayed put?

        4. Does it feel weird having a rival on the team?

        5. Do you think you two will make a great pair?

        Colin Gronk

        1. I'm happy. I want the front office to do what they need to do to make this team better so we can win the Finals. Thursday's a good player, it's good to have him on the team.

        2. Yes, I prefer SG, it's my natural position.

        3. Yes, I said it before, I'll say it again. I would have felt really disrespected if Boston traded me so soon. I love it here, I want to be here.

        4. (Doesn't realize Thursday is a rival.) No...? Not at all.

        5. Yes, we'll be the best duo in the NBA. We'll be unstoppable.

Two C.A.P's get traded, Saad Shaikh back in Boston

Saad Shaikh is back in Boston after a full year in Denver. Shaikh, a former #1 draft pick, was drafted by New Orleans but traded to Boston on the draft day. Later in the year, he was shipped to Denver, where he spend a year and a half. In 42 games this season, Shaikh has averaged 30.8 MPG, 13.1 PPG, 4.9 RPG, 4.4 APG, 1.0 SPG.

Colin Gronk, who was originally drafted by Charlotte, was traded to Boston last year after debates about minutes. In the 43 games this year, Gronk has 26.9 MPG, 13.2 PPG, 3.8 RPG, 1.9 APG, 1.2 SPG.

Celtics get: Saad Shaikh, 2016 1st round pick
Nuggets get: Colin Gronk, 2017 1st round pick

"Well, Shaikh wasn't what we expected. We figured we'd let him go at the end of this year anyways, if a trade couldn't be made. We expect newly acquired Gronk to play alot of minutes." - Denver Nuggets GM

"Well, after acquiring Kobe, Gronk played 6th man. Being unhappy clearly, we have shipped him off to Denver where they will utilize a man of his skill to the full potential. We are really sorry to let him go, as we valued Gronk from the day we got him. He will always be remembered here in Boston, and is welcome to visit anytime." - Boston Celtics GM

Press Conference with Paul Thursday -pre Colin Gronk trade-

                                1. How does it feel playing for a new team?
Thursday: It's more difficult than I thought. Haha. All my life I've pretty much been on the same teams... You know, college, high school Varisty, middle school, & for the most part AAU. I mean Im excited but switching atmospheres and having an entire new team in the locker room wasn't that easy to adopt to.

                                2. From West to East. Does the conference switch affect you?
Thursday: Yeah, of course. Im going to start competing with whats considered the more powerful teams in the NBA. Im ready for the challenge.

                                3. How do you think it will be playing beside Colin Gronk?
Thursday: (Idk how to anwser this since he was traded? I guess this is past tense though) Feels great. He's a nice scorer and I think our me and him will make a great 1 2 option.

                                4. Will you have a bigger impact on Boston then Dallas?
Thursday: Yes. During the off-season I've been working on my jump shot and to be honest I think that's my only weakness. If I can pull the trigger on those more often then I think I will be dominant.
I'm going to work towards my goal of being the center of a franchise here in Boston.

                                5. Do you think Boston will fulfill your trade requests?
Thursday: Honestly nah... I told the GM in Dallas I didn't want to be in the middle of a rebuilding process and I ended up in one here in Boston. So not really. However I look at the positive and I can't lie, this team has a ton of potential.
