HELP LOADING STADIUM SOUNDS ON PS3

I HAVE SEARCHED AND CANNOT FIND A DEFINITIVE THREAD TO HELP ME FIGURE OUT HOW TO LOAD MP3 SOUND FILES SO CAN SOMEONE HELP OUT THIS DUFUS? WHERE CAN I GET THESE MUSIC FILES AND HOW DO I GET THEM ONTO PS3 IN MP3 FORMAT? I HAVE MUSIC RIPPED ONTO PS3 WHICH WORK IN THE SHOW BB GAME BUT I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE PROCESS IS HERE.

(A) load the sounds to a USB drive to a folder called MUSIC
(B) Copy the MUSIC folder to your PS3
(C) Enter Stadium Sounds and attach the files to events.

i dont get it

i followed SEC's instructions

nothing plays

I can even preview the songs before i attach them and i can assign them to teams

but nothing plays during the games

what gives?
