Anyone figured out a sure way to set your 4 audibles (quick audibles) per formation in NCAA 14? Seems like Im having the same trouble as last year. Can't get the plays I want to be assigned. Any help/tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

thought id bump this. i cant seem to get it right either, although ive found it only uses plays in your playbook, so some formations ive been able to weed down to 3-5 plays and have them accessible with the quick audibles. -

I tried to cut each formation down to only the 4 playes i wanted, saved my playbook, and went back in to add in all of the other plays. it still didn't work. I love custom playbooks and I love the setup for NCAA over Madden, but this needs to be addressed.Comment

I make my own CPB, the only way I know is trial and error. I'm sure there is some pecking order for the 4 play types (short slants seems like it's the quick pass in most sets). I just remove a play if its a quick audible I don't want.
I like to run a lot of read option plays so for my various shotgun formations, I only pick 1 run play (read option) so it will be the quick audible and usually PA Read for play action. You can add some other option plays too but sometimes they will be a quick audible so I remove them.Comment

bumping this old thread because I'm trying to find the answer. It seems like it may default to the first play of that type in the formation, which explains importance of ordering plays. Can anyone confirm?
