It's not impossible, but the amount of times it happens is a bit overkill.

I tried a hurdle move with a TE, CLEARLY hit the floor, but no whistle ruled me down, so I got a few more yards.

Unlike real life though (in the Dyer video) the defense doesn't automatically stop. Defense kept coming after me until the whistle went off.
