On the collections, The player cards show the players with 25 games on their card. Do I have to put the players in the collection with the full 25 games or could I play 24 games with them and put them in the collection with 1 game left?

You can play 24 games with them and then add them to the collection. The only downside is that the amount you receive for adding the card to your collection goes down for every game that you play. That being said, you still get the pack of cards at the end.

Are these collections worth it?

What kind of packs do you get for collecting silver, for example, is it that 5 card mini pack you receive for beating the computer sometimes?

Better to sell the players that are in collections. They usually sell easily, and you will get alot more than the reward value. I've sold some of those players in the current collections for 5-10k. They are the most valuable the day they release a new set of collections(new players.)
