It seems to be an issue in Offline Dynasty during the still frame cut scenes after a game is played. The picture will lock up while my XP is being added at the top and then the commentator will finish what he's saying and the game freezes.

I do notice what seems to be freezing when advancing to the following week as well but it has never fully locked up on me where I had to restart.
