I feel like it is fairly obvious why they gave Bowling Green their undershirt (which as going to many of their games as a kid I appreciate and are actually pretty cool). They didn't have their jerseys at all last year so it seems like it is a "we are sorry... you can have your undershirt as a make up." Especially when another MAC team uses the same template and that was in the game.

Sony hasn't released the content yet. They seem to always be slow with getting their DLC released
