yeah 0 change to the helmets on xbox. the major changes are that they updated the techfits to the 2013 design and that the mustard/gold pants are now default (as they should be). They also updated home AND away (the latter which didn't exist before) base layers to the 2013 ones that were just announced last week. I hope for the ps3 guys that the extra gold helmet that shows up actually makes a difference for them.

Am I stupid for not knowing what a base layer is? I keep hearing it all the time, but can't seem to figure out what it is, lol.

Believe me I've played with them and on the field they're on point.

I meant I had played with them in the game on the field, and to me they don't look metalic enough, but I haven't seen them on the field in real life.

I don't think they look close to the pictures of when they were revealed.

Also, I can confirm that with XBL up and running normally again, load times are back to exactly as they should be, even with DLC.

I just downloaded them from the PSN store with no issues. Took two minutes tops. The UNC and Oregon State ones look awesome. Still wish they would have added Indiana's new uni's and helmet combos. Oh well.

NCAA Football 14 Uniform Pack #1 is available now for 360 users, later today for PS3 users. (We will update this post when they are available.)

UPDATE: EA and Microsoft are working on the 360 slowdown issues.

UPDATE #2: PS3 users can download the uniform pack now.

For some reason, the Uniform Store still isn't available, but you can queue it up and download it from Xbox.com, right here. It's free and weighs in at 136 MB.

That normally means you did it twice.. Exit out of the game and go view your downloads and see if its in there...

Due to Xbox LIVE service interruptions, some users may experience issues downloading the NCAA 14 Uniform Pack DLC. We are working with Microsoft to resolve the issue.

I noticed Xbox Live losing connection after I tried to download the uniform pack. As of now, the pack doesn't show up on my drive and Live is working smoothly again. For a moment, I thought it was a game install issue. I had just installed the game to console and that's when I started getting really long load times. Glad to see it's just a DLC issue. As of now, the uniform pack is not available for download.
