    Gold Gloves

Is anyone else seeing backups leading in rankings for Gold Gloves? The most glaring spot is Catcher. Currently the Orioles, Rays, and Yankees backups are listed at the top at the half way point.

Appears to be listed in team order but why he backups that have around 15-20 games even played. Looking at all the catchers and games played and comparing percentages, Mauer, my catcher, should be at the top. He has more putouts, assists, and leads with a .998 fielding percentage.

    Thoughts?

Haha I've seen that too. Goes back to The Show 06. It bothered me before but I've grown to accept it. Gold gloves usually don't go to the right players anyway (ahem... Mr. Jeter).

They need to have both gold gloves (that are bs) and fielding bible awards which take into account something besides errors and overrated shortstops that dive at routine balls that good players scoop up with ease.
