Score and Time overlay disappearing.

Anyone else noticing this?

First time it happened was on the first drive of the game, and I just quit the game and basically started over.

It happened again just now late in the 3rd quarter of my offline dynasty game in my 3rd season.

Pausing and unpausing doesn't seem to help. I played for a little while longer to see if it would come back on, but never did. So I had no idea what down, distance, play clock. It's becoming a bit frustrating.

btw playing on a PS3.

....and before I get yelled at, I glanced through the glitch thread, and I could not find anything. But I admit I didn't look really hard. I don't have the time to go through a dozen or so pages of posts with a fine tooth comb.

I've had that happen quite a few times. It always returns at the beginning of the next quarter.

I've seen it twice in about 20 games on the 360.

Both times it actually came back mid-way through the game. I feel like i tried a bunch of different things to get it to come back and *maybe* viewing replays somehow triggered it to it back but i do not remember anymore. Worth a try.

But like you said you pretty much have to quit when this happens.

Has happened to me twice but it always returned when starting the next quarter.

I think you guys nailed it with the end of a quarter being the point that brings the score/time line back. I had it happen three separate times in RTG, and it stayed disappeared for the entire game, so I assumed that's what happened every time the board glitched out. Then it reappeared in an offline dynasty game. When you play RTG, there's a fair chance you'll sim past the end-of-quarter screen that seemingly prompts the scores to return.

Still, if it disappears during the 2nd or 4th quarters in a close game, it's a reset every time. Which is a major buzzkill.

If you pause the game and go into the instant replay screen and then back out the overlay will come back.

Disappearing Score/clock?

Has anyone else experienced the score/clock disappearing in the 2nd and 3rd quarters? It usually appears again in the 4th.

If I'm missing something please let me know.

I haven't seen that but I don't see the running ticker at the bottom when I am in the dynasty menu.

This. I go to the highlights and watch one and then go back and its there.
