Official USMNT/USWNT Thread -
Operation Sports Forums
The upgrade is complete, but you've probably noticed the forums are only showing posts up to about April 8. Posts made after that are still in the process of being moved over, and that should take another week or two. Feel free to start a new thread.
The site might feel a little slow while work continues. Engineers are staying on it through the night to get things moving faster again. Thanks for your patience.
Panama played good D but their conduct late really pissed me off. EJ shouldn't have been jawing as much as he was either. No need to waste your time on these losers, dude.
Panama really knows how to stay organized and disrupt the flow of the game with their timely fouls. Only way you can really beat them is through godly runs(Michael Bradley vs Panama) and perfectly timed and placed long balls and runs(Cameron to Johnson, team play to get the winning goal today).
The competition in the midfield is amazing to see though. I think Jermaine Jones has a lot of pressure on him right now with the likes of Diskerud, Beckerman, and Cameron breathing down his neck.
Announcement:
I have decided to make myself eligible for the USA national football team. I was fortunate in that I could choose between playing for Iceland or the USA since I have dual citizenship. It was neither an easy nor hasty decision, because I was faced with two good national teams. I thank the coaches of Iceland for their interest in me and wish the Iceland national team all the best in the future.
Sincerely
Aron Johannsson

Think Aron plays sooner rather then later? Heard he might be taking some time from Jozy because of Jozy playing for Sunderland now. I'm pumped for Aron, looks like someone that is a finisher even when not much space, something USMNT could really use.
