Yes there is a specific height/weight cut off with height generally being the biggest factor. It basically came out of me and Vols working on the rosters last year and running tests and trying to figure out why guys weren't being drafted when others were despite ratings and the such.

A player has to fit within a minimum prerequisite category to get in, if you want to see players leave when they are supposed to for the draft, than in the bowl season up their height/weight to the minimums in the thread. It's tedious but it was the algorithm Tiburon opted to use when they took out the ability to import draft classes. So unless it gets patched (as the DT's did last year) you're going to have to intervene. Otherwise you'll have an essentially perfect Manziel running around 2015 among other talented younger players that are highly rated but don't fit the guidelines.
