1. CH 2K8- Absolutely love this game's in depth Legacy mode. I've gotten attached to my Maryland team I built up to a NCAA Championship appearance. I'm not good at actually playing this game since I only recently started playing, so I mostly do the management stuff.
2. NBA 2K13- Another great game. Gameplay is better than 2k8 but it lacks the charm 2k8 has. Decently franchise mode and MyPLayer is in-depth although I haven't played it much.
3. NCAA 14- This is honestly the best football game I've played since probably Madden 11 (last Madden I bought). Great physics I would say, recruiting is better. I suck at Ultimate Team but am still addicted to playing it sometimes. I've been weaned off that recently .

Honorable mentions-
Madden 11 (Best Madden ever? At least that I've played...)
NFL Head Coach 09- I used to love this game but rosters are dated nowadays.
