Which underclassmen would you say are most likely to declare this year? That you'd be legitimately shocked if they didn't declare, assuming they're not injured etc?
I love NCAA14, but it seems like the better a player is, the LESS likely they are to declare. I think it's a problem with the projected draft system. If an undergrad is projected to be a first rounder, they aren't allowed to declare. They don't even have to be talked out of declaring...they never even think about trying it. Even though rsSO will declare for the 7th round, a rsJR won't declare for the 1st round.
So I'm making a work around. Right before advancing to the offseason, I'll change anyone who should declare into a senior.
But I don't know the real world NCAA all that well. So who would you say are definite to early-declare in your view, barring tragedy?
