It's not that hard to experiment. Just unzip to your main folder. Scroll lock is supposed to toggle it on and off in game. Extremely small file. Although, I tried this yesterday with MVP 2005 and it didn't work (and was confirmed it wouldn't by someone who apparently tinkered with it months ago more in depth). Good luck.
