Just lost to #9 Nebraska at home 73-71 in 5OTs with Purdue. I was so close...

We fall to 3-6 on the year after a 7-6 record in my first season and we will have to win out to make a bowl game. I also decided I couldn't take a HC job anywhere if I don't end the year with a winning record so these last 3, possibly 4 games are very important.

We start this stretch at home with Wisconsin(3-6).

What do you guys think? If I made a new dynasty I would be using a new team by the way.

I don't know.. I was interested in Arizona State because I love their uniforms and they are low prestige. I could also make a teambuilder team. I'm still thinking of what to do.

MATCHUP PREVIEW VS NORTHERN ILLINOIS

Our season home opener is finally here!! The Idaho Vandals stand at 2-0 to start the season with impressive wins against North Texas & Wyoming.
Northern Illinois will be a very tough foe,but if the offense & specially the defense continue to play the way they have they could go to 3-0.

The defense will have their hands full trying to stop QB Lynch & HB Daniels. This combo will be the toughest they have faced this season. LE Maxx Forde was named The Independents Defensive Player of The Week. They will have to hope that they can contain the run & that their pass rush continues to wreck havoc on opposing Quarterbacks.

The offense looked really good last week. HC Petrino & OC O'Bannon really have this offense moving. Redshirt QB Chalich in his 2 games is 63 of 79 for 577 yards 4 TD's and only 1 interception. If he continues to play at this lvl the skies the limit on how lethal this offense could become.

The experts are doubting Idaho for a 3rd week in a row as they see Northern Illinois handing the Vandals their first loss of the season.

I always run a pro style offense, my favorite playbooks are Penn State and Stanford.

By the way I'm going to do 2 more games with SEC's sliders and if the defense continues to be dominate I'm going to adjust, also my passing attack will be figured in this as well.

I'm not tryin to go undefeated all the time lol. I mean it is Idaho after all

The defense continues to be more useless than Aquaman but we eke out the win in 2OT 55-49 to stay alive for a bowl bid.

Lets see. If ur goin Pro Style San Jose State would be a good choice. Their new HC is installing a pro style (will use some pistol still because they don;t have all the players yet for it). North Texas is another school who uses a pro style system a little bit more run than pass though.

Tulane & UAB would also be good choices for a pro style. They pass 65%/52% amount of the time.

Out of 1 star schools that already run a prostyle offense those would be ur choices besides Georgia State & Idaho

I started running pro, but I figure ill be forced to once madden drops, so I have to use others

I don't pick teams based on what they run.. I take my coaching strategy to the team and install it by recruiting the right players and managing the roster to suit whatever offense/defense I plan to run.

Another side note: I used Idaho's as a template and put 3 formations the Atlanta Falcons run. I'm going to be making my back drop that I am a graduate asst from Toledo, that spent last season with The Atlanta Falcons as a asst QB coach. Dirk Koetter offense with the falcons will be a strong influence how I build & run the offense.

Are you looking for a small school in a big conference, or a small school in a small conference/independent?
