We NEED consecutive hit tackling. It kills me when a guy is stumbling and I can't clean him up. Same thing with guys engaged in stuff arm animations.

We also need a reach tackle button. If a runner has one blocker out in front that guy negates the defender every single time. The blocker pancakes the defender, engages him, or gets beat. No matter what happens the defender is out of position and can't even attempt to make a play. When a defender is engaged with a blocker id like to see him stick his arm out or try to leap at a ball carrier.

Ive seen countless times in Madden 13 where consecutive hits happened.
As far as the second paragraph, those are the reasons that Next Gen Madden will be better. The technology is at least THERE to make things like that happen, and right now we dont know for sure that those things ARENT in the next gen game due to the fact that EA is holding back info to sell current gen copies of Madden 25.
EA already has said that the jersey and player are separate and that pulling the jersey will result in a change in balance for the opposing player,so that is a potentially huge possibility for a game changing defensive addition in NExt Gen Madden.
At least going forward, with the new tech, we are going to get a much better football game than we've ever had.

Madden 13 had a lot of silly animations (here and there) that sometimes just looked like puppets getting thrown around and it looked almost funny. I hope that was toned down and ironed out a bit. IF that is improved, I'll be happy most likely.

If that is mainly what you're hoping for, you will be happy. It plays cleaner than NCAA on the Inifinity Engine side of things.

Madden 25 has consecutive hit tackling. Ray Rice tried to stiff arm me with that NCAA14 animation that you get stuck in and another guy came in and knocked him out of it and tackled him.

Nothing about M25 is a "cleaner game" then NCAA 14. They play completely different. Madden is still herky jerky and put in hyper mode. NCAA 14 plays much smoother and slower. The animations play out much more realistic in NCAA also.

There are some new stat screens, qb vs qb comparison, stats at end of game, I've heard there are more during Franchise Mode though.

The presentation is horrible. Replays look nothing like a NFL game, The coaches and players without helmets look laughable and there are jaggies and bad textures. If you have ever played Madden on PS3 it has that look on 360. Like a bad port!

I think Madden 12 and 13 looked better overall than this. I think it has to do with the camera being farther back. NCAA 13 looked brutal last year also and it featured a similar camera, although not as far back.

Seriously not a troll. I have been switching back and fourth between NCAA 14 demo and M25 and it's quite a difference.
