I'm getting the same problem trying to sim past 2013 bowl week. Every time I try to download dynast it freezes at about 55-60% after downloading the tuning update. I'm the commish and can't sim through web browser and when I try to load through xbox it freezes! Mi know a lot of people are having this issue and was hoping there was some way around it!
