    Tommie Frazier Heisman Hopeful coming...

Yes! According to this article, he'll be the next HH.

Bleacher Report: Congratulations. Your alma matter Nebraska was named EA Sports' College Football’s Ultimate Team. That’s quite an accomplishment when you consider that other powerhouse programs such as Alabama, Ohio State and Miami were included. Tommie Frazier: That's a big honor, and there's been a lot of great programs over the last 25 years. To have the University of Nebraska win that competition speaks volumes of the program and the tradition that we have there. B/R: There's a

so yet another QB. The market is overrun with them. I know it's the unfortunate way of football that quarterbacks get most of the recognition, but EA really needs to branch out the cards they release. I mean just look at running backs

this is what happens to an ultimate team that has an abundance of available players, but no tiered system to give incentive to create bronze or silver teams, or any system of "chemistry" as seen in FIFA. Making teams on the basis of playstyle or whether or not they played on the same team/conference/era could have been AMAZING. And you would have seen so much parity!

It would have been fantastic. I've been picking up Big 12 players here and there, and my goal is to one day have a Big 12 all-star team of sorts. It's kinda odd that there's no reward for collecting teammates or guys from the same conference other than my own satisfaction.

There are two ways to see it.

              Your way or...

There needs to be diversity at the QB spot. Since the game rewards mobile QBs in such a way versus a Pocket Passer, everyone wants one who can run, and the best at that is Vick or Griffin III. Well, now we've got Pat White and Vince Young. We'll have Frazier. We've had Ware and Ward. I think I'd like to see more, really.

              Same with RB.

I just wish they'd do something about the OL. All the loaded teams have the same guys playing. Really, does anyone not have an Elite Pouncey as their Center? They could do more and better than they have there, for sure.

The thing is for the Heisman Hopefuls you're going to get more QB's than any other position. Since 1980, 18 QB's have won the Heisman. Only 2 WR's have won the award. One defensive player has won. That leaves 11 RB's over the last 32 years. The 2 WR's are already in the game (Tim Brown and Desmond Howard). Woodson is already in the game. Only George Rogers, Mike Rozier, Rashaan Salaam, and Ron Dayne are not in the game amongst the RB's (some are in the Heisman collection, others have Gold or Elite cards). That leaves QB's as far as true Heisman Trophy winners. The Heisman Trophy is an award dominated by the QB position especially in the last 3 decades.
