POLL: Euro League Teams

Lets be real, how many of you guys are actually going to play with these teams?

Its a cool feature don't get me wrong, but personally, I'm probably going to play with them for a couple of games and that's it, likewise I probably won't even play with every single team. I'm more of an Association/My Player guy plus the fact that I probably would not know 90% of the players on the roster.

Just out of curiosity, how many of you guys actually follow the Euro League? To me, I can't see the top teams being any better than the Bobcats or 76ers (but again, this is coming from someone with little knowledge about the Euro League).

Personally, I can't see myself using them more than once or twice. I'd be annoyed if Classic Teams continue to be removed/watered down (Like the Lakers with no Kareem) and we have all these Euro teams.

I will try them out and maybe use them in a draft class. Good wat to scout them since you can use the teams they actually play in.

Also I like them cause I know the will be in place for 2k15 where they will most certainly be a part of association and my player, so I appreciate them being in the game.

Though living elsewhere most of my life and watching Euro teams (and local teams) most of my life....still, when I get the game I'll hardly play these teams.

I just don't find it interesting.

I can't say I will touch these teams at all. I understand that 2K is trying to expand their european market so whatever go for it. Now if they announced the teams were connected to association I would play this.

I might not touch them at all. Are most any better than NBDL teams? But it's a cool feature for overseas fans, I guess

They are better. Euroleague is a professional league and there are teams that could beat nba teams regularly. And it's a more physical league with players who have good fundamentals.

I'm european (Sweden) but I don't really have an interest in the euroleague teams. However i am looking forward to what the draft class makers will make of this.

The current gen roster modders will with play around with the teams. Possibly, expand the Euroleague. Maybe set them for association, maybe take advantage of the art and rules of the Euroleague and make College Hoops. This will help some roster makers hopefully. And hopefully its adding teams and art to the disk instead of replacing it, but we all that's probably not the case.

I'll play around with it. No doubt.

Don't care for it since there is no other integration other than Quick game. There aren't even preseason games against the euroleague teams like real life.

edit: It was also my understanding that the players would not be useable outside of this mode (as the Olympic players were not) so I'm mystified how your looking forward to what roster makers can or will do with these players.

Not interested in the slightest. I'll probably play a few games, but only against them with the Dream Team. Other than that, as per usual, i'm left scratching my head as why 2k are including other basketball league teams in an NBA game instead of bolstering the classics roster which has proved to be a big hit.

Yeah Kyoto you don't know for sure that they will be incorporated into Association and MyCareer in 2k15. I mean remember this thread from 2 years ago?

You did seem pretty sure then but nothing ever happened. It's obviously not your fault or anything, i'm just saying that 2k15 isn't guarenteed to add to EuroLeague at all.

Because the market in Europe is also big? I love it that this year we have Euroleague Teams. I only hope that they are playable in online quick Matches against NBA Teams and that the rosters are updated. From the videos i saw, Fener had its last year roster with Guys like Sato and Andersen.

Well, if the market is big in Europe, then have a separate Euro League game. I buy NBA games to play with NBA players. I'm from the UK and have no desire to play with Euro squads. With this addition, and the LBJ mode, 2k really isn't doing much this year to entice me. That said, the gameplay tweaks and supposed improvements sound good.
