Coach moder here also. Have you guys tried old style coach mode (auto pass)? Just switch to one of your offensive lineman and use player lock. Also turn off the player lock camera. I prefer the coordinator's cam view also. Might be a better alternative if you don't like the broadcast angle. I also prefer to do my own punts since coffin corner punts in true coach mode are a rarity.

Major complaint with doing it this way is the fact that I'm pretty automatic when it comes to field goals.
