What difference does it make? The speed rating is useless, the amount of RB's that are in the lower 80's and upper 70's that the CPU uses that can torch a defense full of guys in the upper 80's and 90's is ridiculous. It has been like this for as long as I can remember. Just make everyone 99 or 0.
