I am absolutely FED UP w/ EA SPORTS selling the PS3 short

For what seems effin DECADES now, I get nothing but framerate drops(uh which was SUPPOSE to be fixed in this last patch by the way...NOT). I'm so SICK & tired of the half assed PS3 versions of NCAA Football, I'm about to EXPLODE...can I get a RESPONSE as to why WE ps3 USERS HAS TO DEAL W/THIS EVERY SINGLE YEAR???? I mean REALLY???? HOLY iSHT...WHERE'S THE EFFIN TYLENOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Um, maybe it is an inferior platform and EA has done miracles to make the game as responsive as it is?

And now the fanboys join in. You do realize how much more stuff you can fit on a PS3 disc vs. and Xbox one right? It just shows laziness on EA's part. They develop the game on Xbox but don't make sure it works 100% on PS3 before they sell it. There isn't a valid excuse for that.

I don't think anyone in their right mind (or any knowledge of technology for that matter) would say that the PS3 is inferior technologically to the Xbox 360, again no fanboysim here I have both.

And Motown don't worry our time hasn't come yet, our time will be November 15th and beyond. Don't worry we will have ours.

Quite the fanboy response. That being said, just about every developer has had problems at some point with the PS3. The PS3's hardware architecture is not very similar to that of a PC and since every game is developed on a PC there can be problems. I remember playing Oblivion on PS3 and that had real frame rate issues.

I think pound for point the PS3 is a better machine than the 360 but it was just too different architecturally. PS3 exclusive games are far superior to 360 exclusives, due in part because they were specificity developed for the PS3 and not both systems

Da Cell... They NEVER got that right... I tried like hell on the ps3 the first couple years then I gave up. I'm slow playing the ps4 because of that..

I definitely feel like when it comes to NCAA football EA just puts lipstick on the pig and tries to trick us that its something other than a pig. Then they put a dress on the same pig (patch 2) and try to convince us it's not a pig. Definitely frustrating.

Too bad they don't have any competition. At least FS-1 and NBCSC will make ESPN have to step their game up and not suck so much.

I went through 5 copies of "The last of us" and none of them worked on either of my ps3s. (I know it's not an EA game).

Because the game was developed on the 360.

Truth be told, my beloved 2K was a lot buggier than it was on 360. And NBA 2K was awesome. But sports game never translated well to PS3. Whether they are lazy ports, they are simply buggier. I think that holds true for many ported over game. Skyrim and oblivion really sucked on PS3 till the patches were ironed out. Sometimes they just release it as is unfortunately. I'm blessed where I Got a 360 too. For me, my PS3 is good for exclusives. Sports, not so much.

One of the big differences from what I understand is that the PS3 can only use half of its RAM for gaming while the 360 can use all of it. That has to be huge. Space on the disk doesn't compare in terms of performance. 8 GB RAM for next gen will be a huge help.
