This seems like a common sense free zone. To answer your question, make sure you're not holed up in a Live party or whatever Sony may have. Speak clear, precise English. Make sure you're not blasting excessively loud and annoying music.
Because if you're violating the bottom two, I'll just sit on mute and enjoy a nice, ragey one sided conversation during the game. If number one is violated, I won't be able to hear the one sided ragey conversation and I'll be sad.
