This is a pretty loaded question... It all depends on your style of play, and what areas of the game you're strong or weak at. Also if you're looking for more of a sim experience and accurate stat portrayal, or if you're just worried about how the gameplay feels. That's the beauty of the sliders you can tweak and cater the game to almost anyone. I'd start with Jaymee or Armor & Swords sliders and see how they feel for you. Or just put the game on default All-Madden and make tweaks from there.
