EA SPORTS released an article yesterday with directions on how to activate NFL Sunday Ticket with the Anniversary Edition of Madden NFL 25. Here is the link:

Let us know if you have any questions. The article and video should help though!

I bought the anniversary edition as well just for NFL ST. Since its no longer available on PS3, this was my only other option. Thankfully, after I trade in M25 to Best Buy for $45, the NFL ST will cost me $65 which is a LOT better than the $300 I have paid the last two years to stream it through the PS3. Cant wait. Should get the game next week sometime.

Honestly if time Warner didnt get the NFL Network and the their red zone channel last year I would have jumped on this in a heart beat. Too expensive for me this year considering I'm saving for a ps4 currently.

I downloaded the app for my ipad, but after entering the email and password the app freezes. Any ideas?

I'm hoping for an update before Thursday to fix this.

Re: Madden 25 Anniversary Edition: How to unlock NFL Sunday Ticket

I did not go this route due to the fine print of:

"If you can't get Direct TV where you live get a season long trial..."

I can get Direct TV where I live, and am paying for Sunday Ticket. So they are certainly not going to let me get it free now by ordering through Amazon. I would have liked to get the streaming through the PC since what I have does not do that, but still since I can get Direct TV where I live this offer was no good for me.

The way I read it...If you don't have service and can get service you have to call them to activate and they'll sign you for service plus the free Sunday Ticket. I knew I couldn't trust it to buy just for that. I'm happy enough with the Red Zone channel.

                        This is not true.

The box comes with a username and password. You simply enter those in to the website and get the streaming service for the 17 weeks.

It creates a new DirecTV account, which I now have, despite technically being in a location that can "receive" DirecTV.

I read it wrong lol. I see now IF you want the service call otherwise just activate on web. Whoops lol.

I can receive service at my house (heck we subscribed to them before) and even I just went to the website and entered in the packaged information. Works no problem - doesn't even ask you for personal information or anything.

Thanks guys! I could do it because I love the NFL but really don't have a need. Not really working right now, have medical bills to pay, and I get my team on a local channel anyway. At least I have Red Zone!
