Connected Franchise KEEPS disconnecting H2H games

Three head to head games in row and we have excessive grieving three times in a row in the first quarter...we are playing a normal game. If CF is broken like this, I feel extremely duped and really upset that EA, despite releasing these games yearly, cannot get connection issues right.

Sorry for the double post, but is this really not happening for other people? Its happened five times in a row for the same game in our league.

It happens every year in both NCAA and Madden for a certain player in our online league. We never found a workaround for it, that user was just not able to play H2H games in the franchise.

Normal online play was just fine. Good luck, but EA doesn't care and a solution is not likely.

Wow...we have been playing online franchise since it began on Madden and now this happens. This is absolutely outrageous.

I forgot to add that around march of this year, EA did something and fixed the problem for our user and allowed him to play games in our franchise. Unfortunately we were pretty much done at this time.

Then in July when NCAA was released the problem was back, last night he had his first user game and ..........disconnect.

we are in week three of preseason and 4 guys play one quarter in two games both lose connection as soon as first quarter hits 0:00 and its not the internet because all 4 of us have roadrunner turbo and thats the fastest around here

It's EA servers. Doesn't matter internet speed, will happen daily pretty much around midnight EST.

For those of you experiencing this problem, at 8 AM Eastern, EA confirmed the problem and said it was fixed.
